overall we're a little under, for the other services to come in and for us to see the expenditures there. one item i want to go on -- page 2 of your report, that's an area we updated. if you recall before we had a table with permits valuations and the reason we think it's important to put that in there, usually when we talk about revenues, we talk about the two revenues based on valuation. plan review and building permits. that's why we like to highlight to give everyone an idea of the type of projects coming in. in earlier reports, we normally have the permit valuations and would stop at 2 million and above, we worked with mis to get a better read out of the valuation. now going up to 200 million above. it's very high valuation, that isn't the case anymore. if you look right now and see the bottom of 200 million plus, you can see in this fiscal year we received two permits valued above $2 million in this fiscal year and overall valuations are actually up. that's it. that's all i have. i'm happy to answer questions. if there are any. okay. thank you. >> thank you. good luck over the next couple of

item. when reviewing the letter of determination request, it did approach it and review the historical information. is there any way that this is possibly a legal use under the planning code? and that was what i tried to find. unfortunately, what i did find in the records and the knowledge that i have under the planning code in effect at that time is there was no authorization for this. back in the early 60s this was developed with homes on this block in the early 60s. they sought a p.u.d., a planned unit development, to reconfigure those and i a lou for the sale of portions of the properties to widen bosworth. there were actually homes on this block that were demolished as a result of this, and subsequent to that, the lots became vacant. at that time the property was zoned c2 and r2, and there is a very clear boundary line that shows on the planning and zoning map which portion is zoned which. at that time a parking lot would have required a minimal conditional use authorization. there is no record of conditional use authorization. in 1971 when there was discussion about the sale of the portion and put on the overhead. this is a report from the summer -
