we now have a signed change order, so that is behind us. now we're starting to experience some challenges associated with the second category of risks. we have had some of the rock fill material that is being generated on-site to build the dam is of lesser quality than first anticipated. so we need to be more selective in the excavation and placement of that material in and around the dam, which makes us a little less efficient and now we are proceeding with activities. so right now we are carrying $1.5 million trend for the additional costs associated with those challenges. no major schedule impacts at this point associated with those conditions. new irvington tunnel, we're now less than 1500' from holing through. however, we have been experiencing very significant challenges over the last two months with high groundwater pressure and we have had to do an extensive probing and grouting to minimize inflows. so our whole crew is anticipated for september and i would like to point out that the groundwater management challenges will continue ev

one of the primary objectives of the new product is to have a system that allows us to determine when we translate for somebody. we have a large member of staff who are language proficient and come from primary speaking language, fluent in their native language. we are looking to get more dispatchers qualified and certified a second language proficient. we are taking information from line from a victim who is hysterical. rather then transferring them to a second party we want to do the translation ourselves. we have been fortunate although -- realizes that we have problems in getting people to certified translation, it is an expensive process. we are willing to wait. we took money out of our own budget the certify 7 new staff members. something in the best benefit of our clients. we are interactive with this process. we do a lot of outreach and speaking engagements where we take our staff that speaks the native-language to those events to make sure the public knows we are not judging them, we don't care where they came from, we just care about getting services that they need. >> i would

also at the grass roots level we have a junior giants program, it's a youth baseball program throughout california. we use baseball as the hook to get kids to come together to learn about teamwork, we have a whole can urriculum that's based on the importance of reading, literacy, education, we have a whole violence prevention can urriculum, we have 22,000 kids playing baseball throughout northern california, junior giants baseball, and we have a number of volunteer coaches and commissioners and one of the things that we ask every year our junior giants players to do is to take the peace pledge. it's basically the pledge is i'm a junior giant, i pledge to strike out violence by, and the first line is prevent bullying and respecting my teammates, coaches, family and friends. so at the peer grass roots level where we have coaches working closely with kids we hope to spread a message, we also have an art contest, imagine peace where we honor kids at a ballgame later in the year just so kids can interpret and show their form of how they interpret anti-bullying and peace in this society. you know, it's not perf
