on charges of violation of 18 usc 922, which is felon in possession of a firearm arising out of the investigation approximately two weeks ago into the shooting death of steve mcnair and his girlfriend miss kazemi. the officers after investigating determined that that firearm had been sold at a pawnshop on charlotte avenue in nashville to two individuals who were identified and interviewed. they in turn advised the officers that the weapon had been sold to mr. gilliam. the investigation into mr. gilliam's background revealed he had been convicted of at least two felonies in the state of florida. he's now a resident of the state of tennessee. obviously, that alone constituted a felon in possession of a firearm. >> police say kazemi shot mcnair at his condo on july 4th and then turned the gun on herself. the complaint charges gilliam with illegally possessing a firearm, which obviously he's barred from doing as a convicted felon. >>> and the man being led away here in the white t-shirt is expected in a federal courtroom today for allegedly killing his wife while they were on a five-day cruise. rober
