this is a multi use build not guilty chinatown. in a future program we'd like to work with all the ray payers in a long-term phased project. we would start on the ground floor and do the led lighting we have done in so many of our other projects. then we'd move into our restaurant downstairs, we would build on our cool savings program, a pilot we are doing right now, looking to more accurately account for the savings from this project. we would move to the residential units upstairs and finally with actual energy savings we'd be able to address the heating and hot water systems in the basement that have been left to slowly fail in the basement. the official life of these older boilers -- this is the new boiler here -- is 20 years but we see many of these running many decades later and they are there as too costly to retrofit. finally after moving through all the spaces with energy efficiency then we could do on site renewables. we'd like to build on our sun shares program, the bulk purchasing program. future programs might even hav

you can use yukon gold, you can use idahos. it doesn't matter.s is just our personal preference. now we're going to add the first ingredient. helman's mayonnaise, about two cups. we're going to at our salt. take about a table spoon and put it in the mayonnaise. the reason i do that is when you mix the potato salad, the salt gets evenly distributed and you don't have big giant clumps of salt. next ingredient is celery seed. we're going to add about a tablespoon. next a little bit of parsley flakes. just a pinch. celery, diced about a quarter inch. next to last ingredient, scallions, sliced. last ingredient is hardboiled eggs. put a little vinegar and salt into the water. that makes the eggs peel a lot easier when you're ready to peel them. this is three hardboiled eggs. now it's time to mix the poe ta salad. take the spatula and mix it really well. and just so you know, while you're mixing, if you realize it's dry, don't be afraid to add more mayonnaise. if you want it a touch more salty, add more salt. that's your call. i'm giving you the basics.

some of us are surfers. some of us just want to ensure there are clean oceans and beaches. me personally, one of the first reasons i got involved was one of the first times i went surfing found lots of different trash at the surf spot i was at. so i was tucking it into my wet suit.
