raised and educated in san francisco and my son lives in san francisco and my daughter graduated in usf i'm a native of san francisco. there are currently 13 locates we have and so we hit that magic number but we're not a big box. we are definitely not a stabs we're not any of the changes mentioned. but in reviewing the egging on report i think there recent components of egging on report i don't think truly reflect what really happens for example, in the egging on report it specifics that formula retail will use local sources for accounting and resources and include employment. evidences that formula retail will use corporate offices we're headquarter in san francisco. the egging on report saying about regarding employment that i think he says that because small businesses are generally less efficient they hire foremost small retailers we have the at the end i is to do more ourselves so where instead for ourselves we would hire internal auditors and general managers therefore increase the employment as opposed to a decrease in employment. the other question regarding small retailers vs.
