there's a map that the usgs puts together that can show how strong the earthquake was felt across the bay area as a whole and this one is showing you where the epicenter is. in terms of how strongly the earthquake was felt , i don't know if we can pull up max one on that but it's on max one and if we can continue the good news. it basically shades to yellow which is weak to moderate, that's about a moderate earthquake which really corresponds with what you would expect from a 5.1. i think we are all familiar enough with the rick or scale and going over numbers , seven is a highly concerning number, six as you can expect some damage, a 5.1 is something that will be felt , but it's not something that's necessarily going to cause widespread damage. we don't have reports of any damage from this yet but i think with a 5.1 although it wasn't based right underneath a heavy population center it is certainly close enough that there likely could be reports of sun damage. this would be the kind of earthquake where we would probably get images from the liquor store, somewhere near allen rock wher
