on may 7, we encourage the sales can ustomers to respect the recommends 5th proclamation. we have two communications campaigns getting ready to role out m june and july and in san francisco for newspaper and billboards and muni buses, cable tv on how to reduce for every individual and recently working with the staff on regional media to put together for their campaign an immediate purchase program to get to a lot of television stations in the bay area. we have drought relief projects under way. i mentioned the aqueduct and emergency rehabilitation process to address the supply and the water treatment plant which is why the sant san antonio treatment plan and reliably treat that supply. the state water resources control board is very active now. they issue curtailment notices in the last 2 weeks. curtailment means you can't divert anymore water for use or storage. the curtailment report for previously hold water and talking about drafts in the next couple of days that we might consider next week. we are watching that closely to see what will happen because we are concerned

most of our water can ustomers are not in san francisco. in fact we have a water supply agreement with can ustomers that define our relationship and they make-up two-thirds of our water sales. we deliver 220 million gallons of water per day from hetch hetchy. water leaving hetch hetchy travels to one of our reservoirs. it's a high quality water source. we do not filter the water. we just disinfect it. we have from the environmental protection agency and public health. we have 1 billion kilowatt hours each year on average. our sewer system is a combined sewer system. we take in both our storm water and our sanitary sewage into same system. we are only two cities in the state of california that has a combined system and the other is in sacramento. you will find most of the older cities in the united states has a combined sewer system. new york, philadelphia and others, chicago. we do have a system that's own 100 years old. the city has been around since the gold rush. we have about 1,000 miles in the city. what are our core priorities: there

throughout the past 40 years i provided goods and services, wine to my neighbors and can ustomers in the marina. i believe that i have become part of the president bashar al-assad -- fabric of that community and is survived for that amount of time. i think that my store is part of what makes chestnut street and the rest of the marina such a charming place to live and to shop. i do believe that my business would suffer if wallgreens was granted a liquor license. they are on the same block as i am on chestnut between pearson and steiner. and their storefront door is 75 feet from my storefront door. so it's direct direct competition. as i mentioned, the national corporate chain such as wall combreens -- wallgreens has enormous buying power and they can negotiate prices well beyond my reach. i currently have eight people on my staff not counting myself and it would be devastating to see my business decline to the point that i would have the cut back hours or lay people off. it would be a shame to lose the unique shops on chestnut streets to corporate formula stores that we find everywher

right on the right hand side is a screen shot of the web portal where individual can ustomers can look at their water use on a daily basis. there is a green bar across the middle, that green bar what is relatively efficient use. if you are above, you have a lot of work to do, if you are below, you can see your points too. people are paying attention to it. we've been giving out lots of checklist for water efficiency you can walk around your house and say, am i doing the right thing. if you are not, get to it. lots of posters and stickers and lots of public information. we have a public information campaign coming in june. in response to the drought, we've had walk in request for devices for 90 percent, evaluations up for 25 percent, we'll be increasing our rebate amounts for toilets and portable washers and the campaign in june for indoor and outdoor announcements and we want to get on the press and muni buses. when you talk about it, people respond. i'm happy to answer more questions on this program before i turn it over to mark. >> environment, commission, colleagues? >> commissioner
