much time is going into direct service activities versus administrative or community engagement or utc with the overtime? it's coded. so they put a code on the overtime cards called salman cards. so that's easier. you know, the full duty time officers, when they were report to dispatch what they're doing, they also have dispatch codes. so we're able to see, for instance, uh, if an officer is working a foot beat and they and they go on the air and say they're working a foot beat, we were able to capture that, you know, certain locations where we ask for our officers to do passing calls of extra patrol. we ask them to make sure you get on the dispatch or through your car, computer and log what you're doing, so we can go back and look at those things. it's not a perfect science, but, um, when officers log it, we can quantify and assess what we're doing, what kind of impact that is making. so that's that's one of the ways that we do it. and i've asked this question in the past, um, is there a time analysis taking place for our officer activities to determine how much time is being spent on
