now to uvalde, texas, marking one year since the shooting at robb elementary school. president biden will mark the day by calling for congressional action to address gun violence. meanwhile, one year later, many of the victims families are still fighting for answers. here's abc's john quinones. it's been an entire year since a gunman at robb elementary school in uvalde, texas, killed 19 children and two teachers. today say many uvalde families say they're still struggling to heal. we feel that there's no accountability, pretty no justice for the fallen. 21 and i think that's what hurts the most . hurting because 12 months later, the investigation into the 77 minutes it took for law enforcement to breach the classroom and kill the attacker. that investigation remains in a sort of bureaucratic limbo. it just is like we're still investigating. we can't release this. we can't release that. sources tell abc news the investigation is examining the actions of every law enforcement officer who responded that day. and the decisions made in the critical first moments. clearly t
