that's the view from mount vaca, and the view. when i showed this, this morning at 8:00, that was crystal clear. that's the view of oakland looking to the skyline. then you mix millions of cars and the heat from the sun and that's what happens. concord, 61 degrees. oakland, 55. san jose at 57 degrees. santa rosa has 60 right now. here's how it looks, high across the west coast, that low pressure is going to dive south. then, it looks like things are going to turn sunny later on monday. the timing on this, we'll square it away in a minute, mostly, it's late tonight. we've got sunshine on the way for tuesday. winter weather advisories are posted for the lake tahoe area, and we could get a dusting of snow on bay area peaks as well. this is 9:00 at night. time rolls on, we go to these widely scattered showers. you see the main band, that will sweep through quickly. by 6:00 a.m., sunrise. by 11:00, it's out of the bay area. in terms of amounts, not much. here's what we're expecting. we're going to expect showers to spread south overnig

this saturday evening, we look at the golden gate bridge, and a rather shaky -- i guess this is the vaca that's an indication of how gusty it is up top. concord 69 degrees. oakland 68. livermore 66. san francisco 63 degrees. out the door it will be mostly clear tomorrow morning, but that will change by tomorrow afternoon when clouds will begin to move into the bay area. it will be a chilly start to sunday morning. readings mostly in the low-to- mid 40s. by the afternoon we will be cooler. temperatures only in the low 60s. there will be more clouds around by the afternoon, and you will see that as we have a look at the satellite situation with high pressure still offshore, but this will be moving into the northern part of the state. low pressure will head down the coast and it will keep the winds sustained for midnight tonight. futurecast tomorrow morning at sunrise looks clear but rapidly during the day clouds overspread the north bay and maybe a sprinkle or two for the first time in a long time. but it wouldn't amount to much. so as we have a look at what we are going to expect, first,
