the mount vaca cam looking good, skies parting a bit. most of the rain has ended now. so i think as we head toward the afternoon it's fair to say we are going to keep things pretty dry. out at the coastline, ocean beach still a lot of clouds but sun peeking through there. going to see more of that heading in toward the afternoon. cold front kind of making its way out of town. so it's a lot of clouds around or skies. it is going to be breezy especially inside the bay and out toward the coastline. the temperatures, 50s and 60s. now, tonight you're going to wan to watch out for some of the low clouds and dense fog in the valleys. temperatures in the 30s and 40s should be dry all night but then another weak system headed our way. this is the one that went through today. that front is slowly dragging on by. the main cold front gone by with clouds lingering behind it. cloudy around the bay area today and fairly dry out there, as well. behind that though, we have this next one coming in. there is a slight chance that we could see some showers mainly north of the golden gate b

outside right now, ominous looking clouds from the mount vaca cam and showers showing up there, too.tween the clouds. here is one of them. right over san francisco, and you're looking good. and you're thinking, hey, we will stay dry now but we do have showers showing up around the bay area and high dep doppler radar is picking up on some of that right now and most of it is focusing a little bit farther to the south. take a look at this as we head into redwood city, scattered showers there, pockets of most amounts of rainfall. palo alto is catching a break here. look at sunnyvale and millipitas, you have a very impressive cell. let's get you in for a closer look. check it out. you can see along the highway there, you've got a very strong cell moving on through. this is what we will see into the afternoon. you will see brief periods of some downpours showing up around the bay area. and really kind of treacherous driving conditions an driving along and it looks pretty good and all of a sudden you run into a cell and things get wet in a hurry. the east bay, more scattered showers around

. -- the vaca cam showing some clouds this morning but it will brake up this morning.ense fog in the interior valleys. so yeah, you have the partly cloudy skies this morning with the patchy fog, temperatures in the 40s and 50s. by the afternoon though, looking fantastic. we are expecting 60s and 70s, just some high clouds overhead mixed with plenty of sunshine and it is going to feel like spring as we head toward the afternoon. still, we do have a weak system sliding into the state but high pressure is going to strengthen throughout the day today. that should tear apart the storm system. we are left with high clouds moving on through. so we catch a nice break in the weather today. but it's not going to last long. we have another storm system right here and that's planning on visiting the bay area on thursday. possibly bringing us some rain then. temperatures around the bay area today should be in the 60s and the low 70s into morgan hill, 70 degrees cupertino, 67 los altos and 66 in redwood city. east bay temperatures also up into the 60s and the 70s by the afternoon. j
