we're getting a little appetizer right now, napa, sonoma, solano, fairfield, vacaville.why it's such a big deal. our average rainfall for san francisco july, august and september, all three months combined we average about 1/4- inch of rainfall. that is it. some parts of the country got that today. one spot that will be wet tomorrow, slight chance of a shower and/or thunderstorm, lake port, 81 degrees tomorrow, cloudy, but we bounce back and by wednesday we're sunny with a high of 92 degrees. we have to talk about what's going on. you just saw video from southern california. this low sat in the same spot five or six hours, heavy rain and thunderstorms, 3 to 6 inches of rainfall. we won't get that. we will get a glancing blow as that low gets picked up by the jet stream and takes off and makes a quick pass to the bay area tomorrow morning. those of you toward the golden gate and toward the delta, you carry the best chance of rainfall because you're physically closest to the low. that low will bring in tropical moisture. there's a chance some of you might encounter wet roa
