juan carlos valencia.aulting his girlfriend in san mateo county thursday night. valencia was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a patrol car. as deputies were completing their investigation, valencia managed to escape. sheriff's searched the area for several hours, but were unable to find him. valencia is considered to be dangerous. pittsburg police are searching for a kidnapping suspect. who almost got away with a toddler playing in the front yard of the family home. details the frightening ordeal. it happened around 1:30 in the afternoon. a two year old girl was playing in the front yard of her house at the corner or rain drop and snow flake when a man came out of nowhere, grabbed the little girl and ran off. the girl's mother was in the front yard as well ran after the two. she screamed and threatened to call the police as her daughter was being carried away by a stranger. this, we believe, frightened our suspect. he dropped the two year old in the bushes and fled the area on foot. police arrived
