it happened early yesterday morning in vallejo near i-80 and georgia street.ers on patrol smelled smoke coming out of a home. they saw an 11-year-old girl trying to flag down help. the police were able to pull out the girl's mother and her 15- year-old twin sisters. but it was too late. they died at the scene.
