county sheriff's office, the probation department and the highway patrol are going to help vallejo police patrol cityeets for the next month. high-crime areas are going to be saturated with the additional officers. this morning police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection to a string of cell phone robberies in sonoma county. sheriff deputies say four men posed as customers at a cell phone store in windsor. they allegedly snapped phones off a display and drove away with $3000 worth of merchandise. police chased them onto highway 101 and speeds topped 100 miles an hour. the suspects scattered into a petaluma neighborhood causing an elementary school to go into lock down. >> i went out and calmed them down, let them know what was happening and that their students were safe inside of a locked multipurpose room. >> police eventually arrested three men, but one did get away. investigators believe the suspects also robbed a mill valley at&t store on tuesday. >>> an east bay banker accused of stealing more than a million dollars from her long-time clients says she is not guilty. linda foss charged
