by leaving it in, it the knowledge of the changing landscape of visitacion valley. we find a number of community centers in the neighborhood, including the john king community center, the village, which until recently is being operated by the community development corporation as their clubhouse. unfortunately, some of the centers are lacking in terms of programming and operations, and even the physical maintenance in some areas. but we do have many important shells of community centers in the area. given that fact, we found it would not be appropriate to continue to incentivize the development of a significant amount of new community facilities in the area. but in the spirit of compromise we have proposed not to eliminate that section entirely, but to clarify that sponsor should come before you, the commission, to obtain full credit under that section of the code. of course, that is all voluntary. it is simply an option for sponsors who wish to pursue that. i know it is a rather technical modification to this, but i think stuff will walk you through the mechanics. -

that's up in the napa valley, the alexander valley and livermore valley. what i want to point out right now, you can see those blue lines. those represent, the north bay is under a freeze warning. what i'm picking up now is napa and santa rosa is in the upper 40s. it's in the upper 40s right now. so the dewpoints in these areas are in the 20s. so overnight lows could easily drop into the upper 20s, and low 30s tonight. it'll be the coldest night of the season. if you have tender vegetation in the north bay or inland. you know who you are. if you live in redwood city, you're not going to see a hard freeze. if you're around that bay it'll keep you relatively warm. there is a frost advisory there. but it's those inland bay valleys, the freeze will impact you. if you have outdoor sprinkling system that's exposed, and if you're in any of those areas i would consider wrapping it tonight. because you will have some issues or drain it a little bit. you know how you can shut it off so the water is not as full in there so it won't expand. north inland bay valleys, i

here we're looking at mid-60s over the east bay valleys today.pper 50s for richmond and berkeley. low to mid-60s for the rest of the east bay shore. mid-60s in the south bay all throughout the afternoon hours and low to mid-60s abeing lo the peninsula. for the coast it will be kind of a raw day with temperatures upper 50s. downtown south san francisco and sausalito through the north bay valleys upper 50s to low 60s. carmel 59 here. otherwise for the rest of the monterey bay and inland low to mid-60s. tonight look for more widespread cloudiness and temperatures in the 40s for the most part with low to mid-40s in the north bay valleys. mid to upper 40s for the rest of us and 50 in san francisco. while we were sleeping this low getting more organized along the pacific northwest sliding down to just near our border with oregon this morning getting close to the north bay. may get a sprinkle in the extreme north bay this afternoon. for the most part dry at least until we get to friday evening. then you can see the rain roll in around 7:00, hang around
