upper 30s inland valleys. upper 30s to low 40s the bay shore out to the coast and look for fog to develop once again in our deepest valleys. here we are at 7:00 in the morning. the rain will try to make a slow jog to the southeast and quickly with that low from the south retrograde back by noon and even by 5:00 make its farthest push to the west and then during the evening hours, it will slowly move back to the east and accelerate by midnight and most of us are dry once again. overnight you see the clearing. the rain lurking offshore. moving onshore by 1:00. by 6:00 when the parade starts, san francisco with the chinese new year's celebrations. could be scattered showers left but the big story will be all the snow in the higher elevations around the santa clara valley. by tomorrow night -- yeah, tomorrow night into sunday morning, clearing out and by sunday afternoon partly cloudy, the temperatures still pretty cool in the mid to upper 50s. a quarter of an inch in the north bay, up to an inch in the east bay.

the ground is dry, it's hard to get valley fog but on a night like this you will have valley fog and we have had it in spades the last few weeks. gusty winds on tuesday. that will clear out the coastal fog but bring in the fog from the inland bay valley. off shore we have weather systems driving to the north but that's nothing for us. look at this, just all stretched out, a lot of flow but it's all going this way. that's a broad ridge of high pressure doesn't impact us. the fog in the valley when the winds -- next couple days we will start to -- it's just pull that fog toward us. the jet stream dries everything to the north. we look at last week. no rain in the forecast, fog is probably the main headline and we will be tracking dense patches of it especially in the north and east bay. the fog tomorrow morning will be little more and then there to wednesday and thursday it'll be a little more and that is because it gets set up in that central valley and the easterly winds push it out. be prepared for that. the daytime highs -- 50s inland. you will find your 60s along the coast and the
