i mean, i feel like silicon valley is a very different place than washington. i've only spent a little bit of time in both places, but the cultures are very different and clearly very distinct. there's a lot more innovation probably happening in silicon valley, more openness to new ideas than washington where there's clearly more tradition, stalemate. the question is whether or not you can bring some of those values from silicon valley into a place like washington. i think eric and some of the initiatives that this white house have done whether it's with open questions, doing the video chats, even seeing the president himself using twitter or a move in that direction. has it changed our politics? not at all. so i'm certainly not an idealist that bring a little bit of silicon valley to washington it's just going to solve all our problems. in fact, i'm a little skeptical that it's moved us forward. but i think the only way we'll know is if we keep experimenting and keep trying. >> does in fact the opposite is true does some of the technology for instance only see
