i van ness and look in the window. their proposal is that you would be able to look into the windows, into this well lit showroom and see these cars. walk down van ness, look into the windows, and see exactly how well you can see those cars standing outside on the streets. they say it will be a museum by appointment only. for a prime location on van ness , that doesn't seem like a real benefit to the city. that is not the sort of people -- and think people come walk by and go in on a moments notice. that is not an attraction for tourists. all you can do is look in the window without a prior appointment. it is still not a contact campus. it is requiring shuttles. that is not good for students who spend an undue amount of time in transportation. it is not good for the health of the citizens, of the city, who have to deal with a pollution related to transportation. if any of you think this is trivial, look at the research on particulate pollution. i don't care how clean the engine omissions are, the brake pads, and a nuis

many of these projects are on a market street or on van ness, including 150 venice, 100 van ness, 1600 market. then there is other projects that are currently under construction. if you walk to our office from here, you will see screens in this guy, 30 otis with a former carpet store that is currently under construction right now. there's a lot of activity happening. there is also a project that has been entitled and have not yet started construction. this includes 1601 mission, the carwash across the street from our office, one oh, there is a handful of these projects. and then there are three projects that we are currently reviewing right now. that includes ten south van ness , 30 venice and 98 franklin. these projects are seeking additional height. the next item i just wanted to walk through some related efforts that have been informing our work. the first is around affordable housing. i mentioned that a primary goal of this was to increase the amount of housing in the amount of affordable housing, and when we started this work, we were looking at increasing the affordable housing r

now let's start in san francisco where i can tell you if you are coming into the city on van ness geteady for delays. once you turn off lomb bart you are down to one lane and wiggle thing across the road where you are trying to turn left on broadway. you will need extra time due to the construction that's in place there. i think they are doing it because they expectrc beiger as is. off to one of the usual suspects, traditionally slow but not nearly as slow as it normally is. look at alta mont pass a small swath orange a little red coming out of the tracy triangle. but once you get out of that, you are good to go and smooth sailing towards the dublin interchange. travel times are in the green and altamont pass. that's 28 minutes. san mateo bring in the westboundbound direction looks good. you have company and no brake lights there. now as you are headed across the bay bridge, mobile 5 is on the road. look at that. easy breezy. not a problem coming into the city that's the same story. and not an issue. you can see the toll plaza as well. you are starting to stack up in the cash lanes. b
