where we have invested in frequency, where we have had things like the van ness project, ridership is way up, but that's the only place it up. in the equity neighborhoods, community connectors like the 56 rutland, which is our one of the lowest ridership routes, but it is back and then some. same with the 12 folsom pacific which so many seniors use on pacific avenue for daily shopping. lots i believe lots of good news. there is benefits to the fact that the downtown ridership has not come back. we have been able to shift resources to really reflect where we are seeing customers. we prioritized providing all day rather then peak service to make the most efficient use of our pool of operators. this shows the number of operators in service by hour. december 2019 in blue and april 2023 in orange. rather then sending half empty buses down atown 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. we focus service restoration throughout there day. mid-day and evening service levels have recovered in some cases even exceeding pre-covid levels. that doesn't mean we are ignoring downtown. we are still making the finesse changes,
