underway here and the sea water pump station, we're upgraduating that second one located at the foot of vanesse by the giradeli square and a 19th avenue pipeline project happening in february of 2020. phase two is currently out to bid. another key way that we get additional efws infrastructure installed in the city is via large development projects. so what the fire department and puc staff do is negotiate with the developers of these large projects to install the pipelines, infrastructure, not just within their development area but we negotiate hard with them to install it on the areas outside of the development project. so that brings pipelines to existing neighborhoods that didn't have them as they feed these newer districts. so it benefits the new developments but the existing developments and this is key in the south and southeast part of the city. a lot of these redevelopment projects are occurring. so it will bring the pipelines through existing neighborhoodeds to the new projects and benefits both. but we negotiate hard with these developers and these are some of the projects committed

south vaness is a street on our high-injury network. there was an emergency resolution passed which will be going to the full board of supervisors this month, essentially declaring a traffic safety state of emergency and focusing on vision zero enforcement programs and projects. the resolution calls for the mta to increase the number of officers dealing with bike lane violations and double parking and also increase the red light enforcement. the sustainable streets division is working with our colleagues in finance to figure out the best way to implement and accelerate these efforts. particularly on october 22, the calsta had its third workshop about posting speed limits and automated speed enforcement. this came out of a legislated mandate in 2019. the task force expects to issue draft findings by the end of november. and our own director is representing all the policies we've been talking about in vision zero as part of that. finally, with the end of daylight savings this week, pedestrian accidents increase because of the shorter dayl
