i'm mark ockerbloom. >> vanessa: i'm vanessa welch. we brought you that news conference live on fox 25's kerry kavanaugh was there and live police headquarters, and today,e camp. >> the reporter: vanessa, a child what a lot of energy, a child they cared for very much. the commissioner said only adding to the reason why the counselors were taking this child's death so hard today. this afternoon, police also laid disappeared. a better timeline if you will. they say around 2:15 p.m., counselors cleared all the children from the water, so they would be ready for pickup by 3:00 p.m. they say around 2:30 p.m., kyzr willis' brother realized he ouse changing with the other kids, so that's when staff began searching around the area, and in the water for him. at 2:49 p.m., the director made a 911 call to police. the harbor master ultimately located kyzr's body in the water. he was pronounced dead short commissioner if he thinks the camp director alerted them in the right amount of time. the commissioner also commented on exactly how much the cou
