vanessa, how are you making it work?e have committed to have all of those fully funded. but we had to decide how to do that, so we decided to open year round rather than term time only. we are open early in the morning at seven until seven at night. we also looked at other services we can provide on top of that to give us other revenue streams. we do a holiday club for older children, or siblings of children in the nursery. we do parent meet ups for local community. so you have worked out ways to make it a viable business. if you can do it, why can't everyone else? because we had the opportunity to look at that upfront. some of the challenges for existing nurseries is that they had a loss of money coming in from places that would have been full before. they would have been having revenue coming from that, but with the change and the additional hours that the government are providing, which is a brilliant initiative for parents, it means they are not getting the same level of funds and they are having to find ways of maki
