sue vaughan. i am with the sierra club, and i am here to recommend that you advise -- that you vote to send this piece of legislation on to the land use and economic development committee at the board of supervisors so that it can be heard side by side with supervisor wiener's legislation. we've been working on this for months, months and months and months. and it's finally gotten to a place where there's a lot of things in there that we are very excited about. and we understand that the planning department is very concerned about increased work load. but that's coming. san francisco is going to take on 150 to 200,000 more individuals between now and 20 40 and the work load is going to increase if that's actually going to happen. and i fully support expanded resources for the san francisco planning department so that you can take care -- so you can deal with that expanded work load. and i'm also especially excited about the geographical notification part of supervisor kim's legislation, item numbe
