in any scenario, las vegas' odds look good. let's run down las vegas' case again. prospective n-h-l owner -- bill foley -- has created a groundswell of potential season ticket holders. nearly 14,000 people have made deposits for season tickets, when the time comes for that. also, las vegas is currently building an arena. the t-mobile arena is coming together nicely, building that can h-l team. so far -- las vegas' competitor -- quebec city -- has not produced a new arena, nor the same amount of public support for a team there. and n-h-l gary bettman -- says the league has taken notice.
