getting a few scattered showers and onshore flow there, and that's where we're joined right now by veronica johnson, my colleague there who is dress the like the gloucester fisherman this morning, how is it looking? >> reporter: well, for just a little while, we had a little bit of sunshine that tried to peek through the clouds, but that is of course gone. we're expecting overcast conditions today. still the drizzle, kind of the spotty wetness and more importantly, the high winds. gusts today between 40 and 45 miles per hour so at least we're down from yesterday, but the big story is the spotty flooding across the area. still, moderate flooding in the forecast. i wanted to show you video from earlier this morning where we had it the road to check out the road conditions. this is coastal highway. what it looks like as we made our way up the wet surfaces and even down towards ocean city, that area that was covered with water yesterday, there was as much as 10 to 12 inches covering that area down around division street all the way down to the inlet yesterday. it was covered because at high tid
