very weak, giving us a very nice day with lots of sunshine.direction will set us up. and by wednesday evening, we'll see some showers from ohio, down through kentucky, lexington, louisville, but then that system makes its way in our direction. gives us a chance for some shower, maybe even a thunderstorm on thursday. so here is your forecast for the overnight period. partly cloudy and cooler. overnight low down to 58 degrees. could be a few degrees cooler than that. in the northern and western suburbs because of a mostly clear sky. during the day tomorrow, another nice sunny day. but again, below normal temperatures with a high of 86 degrees. the 86 tomorrow will be followed by an 88 normal temperature on wednesday. then we go to 89 on thursday with a chance of some thunderstorm activity. then the cooler air moves back in for friday, saturday, sunday, and monday. and again, a chance for some showers and thunderstorms on saturday. we'll be back at 6 with more on the weather. >> all right, thanks, norm. >>> well, this is a great time to buy a new

we look barred to a very nice day -- forward to a very nice day.y watch radar not showing any rain over our area. we don't have problems over any of the airports this morning. we want to check on what is happening on the roadways, however. here is candace dold with the traffic edge. >> reporter: thanks, steve. well, unfortunately we begin the 8:00 hour with some trouble on the main lines. there's a new accident. it's on the southbound lanes of 95. it's right at the fort mack henry tunnel. now as a result, you will want to stick with 895 and scoot through the harbor tunnel or 695 and the key bridge instead. getting into the city of the southbound lanes of the jfx, that will be a better option for you, really nothing to talk about there from 695 toward east fayette street. right now we're looking at a 15 minute clip. on the outer loop lanes of the beltway, taking it from 83 wrapping all the way around toward 70, will you definitely have some company, but no incidents to talk about there. that will just take 13 minutes. then it starts to ease up a bit
