vianey arana has a look at the micro climb forecast.ou're being kind to us mothers for the mother's day forecast. >> if you plan on wearing a dress, make it not a flowy one, because it will be on the breezy to windy side. if you have brunch planned for tomorrow morning, keep that in mind. we are expecting to keep 60s in the forecast overall. we'll climb into the upper 60s. but the weekend is looking good. the 89 not in that forecast but the next sen days expect to keep showers in the forecast for areas in the east, that just means the santa cruz mountains. keeping in mind that the northwesterly winds will be picking up by later this evening at about 7:00 just in time as you head out to dinner expect to see wind gusts possibly between 25 and 30 miles per hour. so definitely keep that in mind as we head into the later part of the evening but at least we'll have a nice sunny day ahead. i'll have a closer lock at exactly what you can expect heading into your mother's day forecast coming up at about 7:45. >> we'll stay tuned for that. we wan

vianey arana has a look at the forecast. but a bit warm. >> especially if you are out there running all day long. i do have a look at what you can expect in terms of the temperature trend. but i'll tell you this, water's definitely going to have to be something that you pack throughout the day. right now in the peninsula, 54 degrees. still seeing the fog. in the south bay nice and clear at 59 and the tri-valley at 56 degrees. overall as the high pressure continues to build in, we'll see mostly clear skies. east bay 58. and the north bay at 52. even at this 7:00 a.m. hour we're already in the 50s. a quick look at doppler radar. we can see that fog over san francisco and especially along the coastline. we can expect to see that break down. that marine layer will also break down. but as we head into tomorrow morn expect to see low patchy fog and low clouds as well. dangerous heat as this high ridge of pressure builds in and that will bring a nice combination of sun and, yes, we're expecting 60s along the coast. upper 60s and 70
