vianey arana has a look at the microclimate weather alert.nd december is coming in like a winter mess. >> absolutely. so after what seemed like forever eternity of a dry weather pattern now we're going into a a pattern of an incoming storm system and models are showing an additional storm system setting up. i want to get you out the door. 35 degrees in santa rosa. 40s in san jose. and you're going to need your coat but make sure it is one that is waterproof. this is what we're tracking heading into the afternoon. satellite radar right now, still casing that atmospheric river off the coast, beginning to make its way into the bay area. and we have own mobile doppler radar, and the only ones in the bay area that have it and once the storm system really moves in, this gives us a surface level view of the cell passing right down to your street level. so you can really time out the storm, and pinpoint it to your location, and you can literally see it scanning as the storm ranger really begins to kind of take over as we head into the afternoon. but
