meteorologist vianey arana has been tracking the storm for us. vianey, how is it looking right now?we're starting to see some of those cells get a little stronger and this is where you could see the majority of the system using satellite radar. if i zoom this in using our mobile doppler radar stormranger, you can see some of the heavier rain just off the coast. let's take a closer look to see when this does move in. around campbell, notice at around 6:20 we'll get heavier downpours, 6:05 around boulder creek and alameda around 6:25. the rain you see is going to ramp up some of the rain rates within the next hour or so. what to expect for today, because this system looks like it's moving out rather quickly, the rain totals are down a little bit, which is great because we have the flood concern. the soil is extremely saturated, flood watches are in effect. for monterey county, they are under a flood warning. there is a potential for landslides and also as the winds kick up, around 10:00 a.m. especially, through noon, we could see the potential for downed trees and power outages becaus
