vic lee abc 7 news. >> a different case now. thank you very much. and there is new evidence tonight in another police shooting. this one involves bart police and a man shot and killed in the civic center station. abc 7 is live at bart head quarter was the just-released series video. >> this news conference just wrapped up here, bart is saying this is the only video it has of the july 3 shooting. this is taken from surveillance cameras on the bart platform. it may be the only video that it has. video starts with two officers disembarking at civic center station. you can never see the homeless man police shot in this video and only see the officer who fired. police say hill threw a knife at the officer. the video show that's knife ricochet off the bart train and slides on to the platform floor. bart says officer fired and hill raised his arm, but because it does not show hill, that is difficult to confirm. the video show that's when the officer fired a woman with a baby and stroller appeared just feet away. this afternoon, bart released a photo of the

vic lee abc 7 news. >> thank you. and critical new video evidence in another police shooting this, case a bart cop shot and killed a man at civic center station in san francisco. we're live at bart head quarters to show you that video. >> this video just released lear this afternoon and what is interesting is what it doesn't show. in addition to the video, bart made public this photo of a knife investigators say the victim threw at police with a four inch blade but the video starts with two officers disembarking at the platform. the camera angle only shows the officer who fired and never captures charles hill. the video shows hills knife ricochet off the bart train, then flies on to the platform floor. bart says the officer fired as hill raised his hands to throw the knife but it's difficult to confirm. the video show that's when the ofgser fired a woman with a baby stroller appeared to be just feet away. bart says this is the only video of the shooting and there are 40 witnesses it doesn't appear any of them captured
