((vicki))and i'm vicki liviakis..in for pam moore.the popular coach was taken into custody this morning in richmond.((steve)) and as kron 4's jr stone explains...this is not the first time he has been in trouble with the law. normandie burgos is behind bars right now facing at least 20 sex crime charges and police say that number could increase. normandie also goes by norm and antonio. he heads the burgos tennis foundation based out of sausalito but with training in san francisco, richmond, and mill valley as well. one of the victims in this case is just 16 years old. police say he had been sexually assaulted by burgos since he was 14. a second 18 year old victim has come forward as well. additional charges in that cause could be forthcoming. burgos was arrested on these tennis courts near the plunge pool in richmond on monday morning. officers believe many of the sex crimes he's accused of happened at his richmond home. he lived at the marina lakes apartments which have their own tennis courts. in fact this is where police say burgos trained some of his students. a location with lights

(steve) and i'm steve aveson. that fire started at 4:30 this morning and aggressively grew in size it happened on valdez and 23-rd streets in oakland's lake merritt area. and affected nearby homes and businesses.(vicki) kron four's spencer blake has been following the story all afternoon, and joins us live from the scene.spencer, what have they determined about this fire - is it suspicious? investigators haven't said as much yet, but they are looking down every avenue as they try to figure out what happened. oakland is blocking off streets surrounding a burned building site until crews can take down a giant construction crane hanging over the neighborhood.friday's early morning fire destroyed the seven-story building site but there were no injuries.oakland fire battalion chief erik logan says traffic and residents are temporarily blocked from the area as a precaution.logan says crews will work over the weekend to secure and take down the untethered construction crane that authorities fear could collapse.crews will
