someone who's made a lot of headlines both on the radio and off, vickie mckenna. dy established, vickie, you're off mr. trump's christmas card list. as we continue to look at what's happening there in wisconsin, trump is ten points down to ted cruz in the latest fox business network poll. why is wisconsin so different than all of these other states we've seen go for mr. trump? >> we -- i'm not exaggerating. we have some of the most well informed conservative voters in america in wisconsin. i'm not just patting talk radio on the back, but a lot of it has to do with the fact that they get, political analysis on our shows. when donald trump comes into wisconsin and blasts governor walker for a non-existent $2.2 billion deficit, he uses essentially democratic talking points to trash reforms we all came together to support, that will never play well. to be non-specific and unprepared is not going to fly in our state. >> you point that out, non-specific and unprepared. that's something that trump has gotten knocked pretty hard over the past couple of days, especially on

vicky mckenna is one of them and joins us live. great to see you. e power of radio, you make us tv people look like pikers with your power yesterday? >> well, we're not going to apologize for thatactually. in wisconsin, right media in wisconsin is wisconsin talk radio. and we may have one of the better nervous talk radio hosts in our state, and our conservatives look to us for analysis, for the policy dives.. they don't look tohe papers or tevision. so donald trump missed that calculation, big mistake. liz: sure heid. that absolutely proves that everybody talks about how governor walker was the key. i'm big on the media, collective voices were important. did you have any clue on the days leading up to the primary that the collective voice of radio folks would have such an effect this time around? >> i didn't -- you can't measure your effect. we knew that we were -- we don't get together and exchange talking points, we know what each other is talking about. we were all solidly against donald trump, which isn't to say every single talk radio host is p

let's ask wisconsin's conservative talk radio host vicky mckenna.et's talk about the power of talk radio in your state. do you think he underestimated the media? >> donald trump doesn't understand the media in wisconsin. conservatives rue traditional media outlets with high kept i am. they get a lot of their information and most of their information from talk radio. so when you schedule talk radio show without finding out what wisconsin is all about, you are walking into a buzz saw. he didn't do anythingbut google wisconsin and he deserved what he got. kennedy: did you know thing had gone badly in those broadcasts before he hit the air with you? >> i did not. no, the trump people contacted me, and of course i'm going to put the candidate on the air. but to think he was going to get a cakewalk was a mistake by his team. i don't know if it was his team or donald trump himself. i think he thought he could come into wisconsin, not knowing a thing about our state. he knew nothing about the political recalls or the political warfare we have been engaged i

. >> joining me now is vicki mckenna. good to have you on again.ry's piece some of the trump true believers believe the republican party is trying to steal the nomination from him. is that a viewpoint you -- what do you say to that? >> well, they are not -- no one is trying to steal anything from donald trump. it isn't the republican party's fault his delegate game leaves a lot to be desired. he didn't understand there were different roles for different states. it came to him very recently. the delegate rules are the delegate rules. if donald trump doesn't know how to play the delegate rules and his supporters misunderstand that as shenanigans, there's nothing i can do about that. there's no talking his supporters off his campaign. that is abundantly clear in wisconsin and i'm sure in other states. >> over the weekend, sarah palin stumped for trump. did her appearance help make her case? >> her appearance was scattered and bizarre. her appearance didn't help him, certainly. the question is did her appearance hurt him? it was singularly the worst po
