i'm vicki liviakis. i'm ken wayne kron four's lezla gooden has been following this story since it broke friday afternoon. she joins us here in the studio with the latest developments. >> yep, that's right. that mcdonald's and jackson streets filled a surprise inspection on friday. and today i was able to take at look at the full health report done by the alameda county health department. now, according to this report, they found indications of rat activity, including droppings and a dead rat. >> on friday, the alameda county health department shut down this mcdonald's at 13, 30 jackson street in oakland with customers waiting in line on from the health department. they have some sanitation the season they need to clean up. >> and we saw inspector filling out this health report. it reveals that 7 violations were found at the restaurant, including rodent activity. >> the report explains rodent droppings were seen around the water heater along the walls and wrote it. traps responded as well to hold were see

vicki, there were celebrations for cinco de mayo all over san jose. this past weekend, police took part in many of them and stressed that the high number of arrests happened near festivities but were not related to that. >> to weekend was very a busy. >> san jose police had their hands full during cinco de mayo. the department says that from a 3rd to may 5th, there were 17 felony arrests, 18 warrant arrests and 52 arrests for misdemeanors, totaling 87 for the weekend. according to sergeant jorge garibay. >> shrien reckless driving. we had a significant amount of sideshow activity popping up all over the city in which we have to try and utilize resources and take away from the celebrations trying come back. officers were getting bottles thrown at their vehicles we had officers had been assaulted people driving drunk. we had one vehicle crashed into a patrol car. i was doing a diversion and injured are officer. there were 156 traffic citations made and 6 gun seized during the weekend. >> on sunday, police also responded to a stabbing on king road involv
