i'm victor blackwell. there are growing fears that there may soon be an escalation in ukraine after a violent attack in moscow this weekend. the kremlin is accusing ukraine's intelligence officers of carrying out an assassination of a daughter of a prominent putin ally. she was killed in a car bombing on saturday night near the russian capitol. russian security agency says a ukrainian woman was behind the attack and the bomb was detonated remotely. ukraine denies any responsibility. cnn's frederik pleitgen is live in moscow for us. fred, what's the latest. >> reporter: well, the russians have put out a video claiming to show this ukrainian woman enter russia, then move into a housing complex where daria dugina also apparently lived to see the daily routines of daria dugina, carrying out the bombing and escaping to estonia. it's unclear whether or not that was indeed the kcase, but there is certainly a lot of anger in russia. one of the people who have spoken out is alexandria dugina, the father, very much

i'm victor blackwell. >> and i'm alisyn camerota. a just released fbi affidavit details how the country's top secret documents were kept unsecured and disorganized inside donald trump's florida home. that's just one of the revelations in the heavily redacted document. a federal judge in florida released it after several news outlets including cnn fought to see it. the affidavit lace out investigators reasons for executing that search warrant on mar-a-lago on august 8th. >> now, a lot of their concern came from what was found in 15 boxes retrieved from mar-a-lago in january. quoting page 8 here, the boxes contained newspapers, magazines, printed news articles, photos, miscellaneous printouts, notes, presidential correspondence, presidential records, and quote, a lot of classified records. most significant heerkre, the concern that highly classified records were unfolded and intermixed with the other records, and otherwise inappropriately identified. let's go now to cnn senior justice correspondent evan perez. investigators listed the

>>> top of the hour on cnn newsroom, victor blackwell, 3:00 p.m. deadline has now hit and we are waiting to see whether donald trump's attorneys have contested the release of the search warrant on his mar-a-lago estate, executed on monday. the former president said he encourages the request by the justice department to unseal the warrant, as well as a property receipt of what was taken. it's still not clear what his attorneys will do. we're learning more much from the "wall street journal." it reviewed inventory documents from the search and reported agents removed 11 sets of classified documents, including some marked top secret and meant only to be viewed in special government facilities. the journal also said agents sought only to go through trump's office and storage areas and not any rooms at mar-a-lago for guests.
