. >> and there is victor conti is on the other side of the fence for an advocate for tougher testing. you said perhaps this is as high as 50% were taking banned drugs but what is your response? >> i've been saying since november before this that this is the biggest loophole in major league testosterone testing. we've had positive tests in boxing and mma and track and field since then. this is simply inept. they need to use a test called cir. the ratio test can only pick this up for six hours after fast-acting testosterone is applied. the statement made that major league baseball has the best testing in all of sports is not true. it's very easy to circumvent testing and with synthetic testosterone. >> you're talking about fast acting testosterone. how easy is this for athletes to get a hold of this stuff? >> this is very easy. they get it over the internet. they buy knit many places. don't be surprised that there have been two connected to the dominican republic. it won't surprise me if you can see more here. this is something that is common place. many more players than you might imag
