[laughter] [applause] they even brought in victor marques.t together and stuck it out together to unravel this nightmare that had happened. and if it wasn't for their tenacity, their willingness to stick it out when times got tough, because yes, times got tough and number number of times , without the support of mayor breed, we didn't hesitate for a second and said, i'm here for you, i'm with you, i've got you, none of this would have happened. it is part miracle and part a testament to the strong leadership that this community has. and their tenacity and unwillingness to give up until there is justice for their community. congratulations. i couldn't be more proud of you all.
