to discuss it all, cross mark chief investment strategist, victoria fernandez, kevin kelly and howardance. kevin, start with you, your thoughts on earnings so far coming into the week. also this high bar, right? you have to crush it to get your stock moving higher these days. >> yeah and i think it is really predicated on the guidance going forward because there are such high expectations. so companies need to message to therapy investors they will continue capitalizing on the acceleration really led to the performance to date. because we're digitizing our daily lives. -- from the pandemic, if you're a management team and you are not leading with guidance investors are expecting you're going to get whacked. why not? i think a great example is a company like prologis. consistently raise guidance. did it again this quarter, and the stock moved higher. they benefited from e-commerce. industrial runs are up 5% so far year-to-date and management is reaffirming their leadership in the space. it is all about management, all about leadership and all about margins. charles: yeah. here is the t
