this involves a political flier in 2010 that shows a photograph of a candidate next to a vietnamese flag. and it is considered offensive. the flier says it was sent from her camp. two years later, they received a dna swab from george shirakawa convicted of charges and the d.a. says shirakawa's dna was found on that flier in 2010 and he's being charged with false impersonation. >> the dna matched. this lead broke the case open. on may 10th, mr. shirakawa voluntarily provided another dna sample which confirmed the initial dna hit. we also found strong evidence that mr. shirakawa's dna was on the stamp of another flier. >> reporter: and here is video of the other flier that was sent out against karasko which the district attorney's office says shirakawa was behind. why would shirakawa do this? the district attorney said he had a motive. his aid was running against her and he ran the race. the district attorney's office says the investigation is still open and would not answer whether or not campos has been interviewed and would provide dna regarding this case. i want to show you a booking p

class, advisor to the student body where i served as president and you have been an advisor to the vietnamese, samoan, chinese clubnd the korean, club, indian and students club. this man, [ applause ] you won't find a more committed man in our public school system. in addition to that, mr. waung worked to take a number of students to visit washington, d.c. for the first time. he also worked with the asian specific clubs and the clubs to fund raise for the tsunami that happened in japan. i can go on and i don't think anyone has just really recognized you properly in terms of your commitment and activism, in terms of your involvement at public schools. as someone who attended public schools, supervisor cohen, supervisor yee. we are just so fortunate because i know that when i was a student i don't think i appreciated you as much. it was always do we have to do that? when i look back at my time, i'm so glad that he made us take those pictures and attended dance and coordinate the dance because it taught us how to be leaders and take ownership in our pride in school and appreciated the hard work

these volunteers speak italian, hindu, french, mandarin, portuguese, spanish, tagalog and vietnamese. they are the ones that really help. a couple things i want to point out, the main changes here. when you walked in here you bumped into a bunch of brochures. the real experts are not the brochures but the staff and volunteers who share their information and passion. we put the brochures against the wall and brought the volunteers and staff to the middle. when the people came and they needed to understand what was the heart and soul of the city to meet the geniuses, they found in front and middle. that was an important change. we don't always have a dj out here. many times we have volunteers and staff. another feature we are proud of is technology. we have touch screens. we have sf made products, we'll have more in the future as we continue. we have these the wonderful maps back here. the one of san francisco and it's neighborhood and the one of california. it amazing how many volunteers want to get in front of this map and discuss what they remember about san francisco. we encourage y

having led a rifle platoon in the third marine division, receiving a bronze star, purple heart, and vietnamese cross of gallantry. i was always on the lookout for incoming students who played squash. bob more than filled that bill. he improve my game, although i never, never beat the man. i did, however, get to know him very well. he was a prince. bob also was smart, smart enough for me to offer him a job as my research assistant and dumb enough to accept. he was a delight to work with, and together, we produced an article -- the energy environment conflict: fighting electric power facilities -- which was published in 1972. when bob graduated from uva he left a real hole in my life, but i knew for sure he was going to accomplish great things. we kept in touch as his career progressed until fbi swallowed him in 2001. bob's legal career has been mainly in public service with interruptions for private practice. all of his focus on criminal law, financial fraud, public corruption, narcotics, conspiracies, money laundering, terrorists. he first became known in san francisco where he served in the u
