about what we are dealing with here, accident southbound 476, approaching area have of saint david, villanova. it is compromising left-hand lane and you can only imagine what this is doing to 476, even back towards mid county tolls, and affecting the schuylkill, pennsylvania turnpike and also the northeast extension. lets move over to i-95, traveling on i-95 northbound we have an accident around allegheny, it is causing quite a delay for our folks on i-95 stemming back towards penns landing and continues to be slow all the way through to cottman avenue, and that would be this accident here. taking a look at speed sensors notice in both directions of i-95 we are in the red between northeast philadelphia and south philadelphia. if you are traveling on the southbound side of i-95, on columbus boulevard we have down wires, the southbound side only the right lane is blocked, so we will finally have movement earlier, both sides, of columbus boulevard, delaware avenue were shut down. we are finally seeing that pick up, however, southbound i-95 ramp to columbus boulevard, and delaware avenue is exper
