north bound between again the west chester pike and saint david, villanova are chris and lauren backyou. >>> despite this rain fire rips through southern houses in chester early this morning. fox 29's jenny joyce is live on the scene with more, hi there, jenny? >> reporter: good morning, chris and lauren. a total of five homes have been affect by this fire. four heavily damaged a sixth suffered smoke damage on the 400 block of bickley street in chester this fire started around 1:20 this morning. we are told it started at 418 bickley which fire fighters tell us is a vacant the property. it was heavy fire on the first and second floor of the building when fire fighters arrived. then fire spread up through the roof to the neighboring homes. the the red cross tells us that, they are assisting five families, eight adults and 11 children right now. we talk to the battalion chief who told us about the units affect and we have talk to one of the residents now out of the home. she told us that this is the second fire in just a matter of a few days. >> forty-eight bickley was original fire bui
