i found them on the villanova library in the university. now they are in the rare book room. i started thumbing through and i saw these biblical spiritual truths that are just really exciting. so that was one that helps me to get deeper understanding in the era. and then i was at another library, small college near my home. i thought i wonder what they have got in washington? now it's become, can i say, addiction? can you be addicted to studies? you can, can't you? this is now my pursuit. and then i saw the 37 volumes of george washington's collected works. can you imagine that? a man going to the eighth grade and he has 37 volumes of collected writings? well, he was a politics, a military man, a farmer. he did it all with a quill. he didn't have a word processor. it's extraordinary. he was such a disciplined man. and but what i did is they happened to have a beginning of an index to that. and i remember dripping into and saying i wonder if it says anything about the bible. wow, he said something about the bible. i looked up another couple biblical words. i thought i have 37
