just started villanova. how proud he is of you.great, big guy and i would be remiss if i didn't mention two of his best friends, mike favali who set up a beautiful golf outing every year to celebrate my brother's life. it meant so much to us. awend your beautiful wife, sue, thank you and my brother's best friend, arthur dala, who has been like a second big brother for me. always been there for my family and more importantly he's been teach mig nephew about my brother and sharing stories with him. and i would be refist misif i didn't mention my dear friends, who have been there all the time. my brother always said i had the best friends in the world and he was right. my beautiful wife cindy. joe brought us together. i've known you my whole life. it wasn't until the loss of him that my eyes were opened to see what i had in front of me. i haven't been the easiest person to live with, but i love you with all my heart. thank you for my two beautiful children, i love you. god bless you all, thanks for listening. god bless america. >> pau

the degree was five villanova. they have been with us before but what i would say is these hbcu's had been bringing african-americans into the creative workforce of the country and added social mobility and they continue to produce. it is what we cultivate in this country. what is happening is they hbcu and hispanic colleges as well are about creating talent in the country. when we overproduce educating students to become doctors and lawyers and policymakers, that's what we do. investing in these is not an individual benefit for the students. it's a benefit for their communities and their regions. >> i'm not denying that you are doing a tremendous job but i'm wondering on the larger issue your comment. >> what i'm saying if you talk about all of the city -- ethnicities and i do. and our community there are interns for other communities. they are very well-integrated and welcome to us as well. >> thank you. i thank all of you at some point or other in your testimony talks about poverty and the importance of lifting
