all of my reporting stations say that this is virga where the rain is evaporating before it hits the ground. take a look at the stays of darker green and that yellow. that's a cell that contains moderate rainfall. we fired up the radar on top of the mountain. that's -- closer to coast, this system has a lot of wind associated with it as well. wind advisory into place for all that blue highlighted area which covers the intire san francisco bay area as well as the santa cruz mountains, these wind gusts up to 45 miles an hour. let's call on the future cast. you can watch the clock tick on by. the heaviest rainfall associated with the pass of the front just in time for the morning drive and this is the very fast moving system so it's going to plow through driven by the southeast winds 20 to 30 miles an hour and the rainfall totals are pretty impressive. take a look at the north bay. first off you see over an inch of rain in san rafael through the morning drive. you see lesser amounts to the east until that system continues to go in an easterly direction. three quarters of an inch. this i
