in virginia. let me tell you what would happen to our budget. hundreds of millions would come out of education. you could see thousands of teachers being laid off at a time we need to compete on a global basis, as i talked about cyber security and all these very important new businesses, we're not going to be able to do that because money will come out of education. it is important for me to have the medicaid expansion and when i talk about my budget, i say it is important to figure out how much money you have and then you prioritize and put the money in, but his plan, $1.4 billion a year, doesn't say how he would pay for it, 6 billion over the course of the next four years. vince callahan, former republican chair of the house appropriations committee said it would put a hole in the budget. the idea you can put 6 billion out of the budget, not take the medicaid expansion, didn't want the transportation 6 billion. it is like me saying i came here on a unicorn. >> mr. cuccinelli, 90 seconds to respo

is boasting about virginia high schoolers' performance on s.a.t.s.ey received their highest scores ever on the new version of the exam. seniors who graduated last spring scored a 1528 out of 2400. that is 30 points above the national average. s.a.t. scores in the district were also up. students received a 1400 on average. that is below the national average but up 18 points from last year. maryland students' s.a.t. scores fell to 1483. >>> maryland promising to shift the route of the proposed purple line to appease one of the project's biggest opponents. "the washington post" reports that the state signed an agreement with the columbia country club in chevy chase. the light rail line would be moved 12 feet to the north to better protect clubhouse views. it would also spare four holes that would have been impacted. the country club has long opposed the project. the state plans to use eminent domain to condemn 116 other homes and businesses along that 16-mile route between bethesda and montgomery county and new carrollton and prince george's county. >>>

that's what is happening in virginia, virginia principals fund is running this ad, running it a lot.e ad buy, hoping this will help cuccinelli. it is more likely to make virginia favor him more than they do. the virginia public access project reports that the generic sounding pac running this ad is actually funded by one guy. a hedge fund guy in new york who gave hundreds of thousand of dollars to this pac running the abortion ad. hedge fund guy, robert mercer not only the virginia principal fund's biggest donor he is their only donor. he has given them a whopping $600,000 which is all the money they have got. and of course, nobody is a loud to donate $600,000 to ken cuccinelli's campaign doing it this way the same thing with a tidy way around the law. back in 2010, do you remember the art robinson election? art robinson was the republican who was running in oregon trying to unseat a 12-term democratic congressman, peter defazio. he said global warming was a plot to make people into slaves. we should sprinkle nuclear waste in the oceans and around the school yards. art robinson was h
