(applause) >> it's our -- you might remember she was the director of the human rights commission and she has been a tremendous support to the city department and the departments that we have. our contract monitoring division, at the city administrator's office, award the san francisco public employee lbe advocate of the year award, san francisco municipal transportation agency's virginia harmon for her dedication and general commitment of time, support and inspiration as well mentoring small micro local businesses and providing expert leadership in the city contracting process. given on this day of march 10, 2014.
