let's look at the facts from virginia tech. we could have prevented cho from purchasing the guns the way he did. he did it legally. he passed the check because his medical record wasn't in the system. that's a problem. fortunately virginia changed that and they've updated a lot more of the records, but this is not something that's been done nationally. and it needs to be done. you can't have anything all or nothing in this world, you know, you got to be in the middle. you got to have reasonable restrictions, reasonable regulations that come in the middle. that let you have the right to bear arms, keep and bear arms in your home, and to protect your family. i'm totally for that, man. and after getting shot, and after getting involved with all this stuff, i am more likely to own a gun to protect my family in the future if we live in a bad area. absolutely. >> see, it's not that easy. kids think and young... and even adults think 'cause i'm walking in the street with a gun, i'm going to get robbed and i'm going to protect myself;
