every visa applicant who comes into the united states embassy in the fight for a united states visa, or her name is run against a complete database that includes entries from the fbi, entries from homeland security, entries from the terrorist screening center, entries for dea. we take entries from all these agencies daily and load them into our database and so no one who applies for a visa, no one was issued a visa without a complete scrub against the full interagency database and additionally, there also scrubbed against the complete dhs and fbi fingerprint science of individuals who are concerned with those agencies. so we ran this complete screen. then, anytime someone is moved up so to speak on the screen list for either of our partners within the national security, that information is immediately transferred to us. we then run that new information against our list of issued visas to see if those agencies have obtained new information that they have not been made available to us earlier. and then we found that. and if that phone has moved up on that list, we then moved to revoke
