my name is gina tovar, and i live in visitacion valley. i've worked here for many years, and my grandmother lived here, my father lived here. my son is being raised here. i live within walking distance of this location, and as i understand it, the petition or the appeal before the board of supervisors today is to determine whether or not the planning commission made a sound decision. and as was stated in the initial introduction to their opposition, that the planning commission absolutely considered all the facts. they listened to countless people who called in for and against, and i also called in against at that time. it's absurd that they would have another dispensary within two doors of another, and ou entire district is within three blocks. we're a majority -- we're not a majority -- actually, it doesn't makeup. the racial makeup of this area is very diverse, and that's not at dispute at the moment. it's whether or not the concentration of dispensaries is right for our neighborhood, and it's wrong. it's just the wrong location. the pr
