so they get compliance visits just like other people. the magnitude of the expansion, if you will, if i could give you some numbers, last year we conducted without saas being involved, approximately 1700 compliance surveys. this year, to date, this fiscal year to date we've done about 2700. so being able to use the resource of the saas to do these kinds of surveys has truly been an expanse of the effort. the other thing to understand is, the compliance surveys that they're conducting related to the post 9/11 gi bill are a little bit more complex. they take a little bit longer to do. i'm not sure if that's what accounts for fewer numbers in the cases you've heard here. but that may account for some of it. as we look at these things, although it may be difficult to determine the deceptive practices and those kinds of things, the compliance surveys are able to identify in some cases some serious enough misrepresentation or improper practices that the saas are pulling approvals. >> thank you, mr. chairman. thank you for your candidness to he

supervisor wiener: the question to the chair is whether these two positions will be devoted to visitation valley -- i am supportive of these positions, but i do not know that they should be devoted to one particular neighborhood as opposed to the planning department focusing on particular things, for example, visitation valley as a whole. supervisor chu: the way i am seeing things is there will be a number of different city needs, whether visitation valley or different capital planning projects, or something we would not have anticipated coming down the pipeline later on. i'm imagining there will be some level of capacity within the department to deal with visitation valley that may not be these two positions, but these positions could certainly flex to support visitation valley or delivering rec and park bonds, or dpw bonds, are the work we are asking for. what i would like the department to do is share with us, if you can come up by the end of today, so that we can have the information quickly, what is on your area of significant work you are anticipating to need to do work on, and how

well first of all this visit is certainly very significant because it is the first state visit to britain as russia's president to china something that each president of any country can do only once during his presidential term now certainly has been greeted here with a lot of ceremony with the red carpet with the military marches and certainly this is something which is done according to the political one person one of president conducts a state visit to a certain state but also definitely this visit has a very large meeting in russia and china boosting their ties.
